CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Part 7 Claim Form dated 24 January 2023 (the “Claim Form”)
AND UPON the Claimant’s Application No. CFI-007-2023/1 dated 3 July 2023 seeking interim injunction and the Defendant’s Application No. CFI-007-2023/2 dated 28 July 2023 seeking permission to amend the Amended Defence and Counterclaim (together the “Applications”)
AND UPON the Defendant’s and Claimant’s representatives’ letters dated 21 August 2023 and 24 August 2023
AND UPON a hearing listed to be held on 6 September 2023 to determine the Applications (the “Hearing”)
AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Hearing shall be adjourned to a date to be fixed, if necessary, as provided in paragraph 2 below.
2. If necessary, after 26 September 2023, the Claimant or the Defendant are at liberty to re-list a hearing of the Applications.
3. All issues of costs in relation to the Applications shall be reserved.
