UPON the Application Notice CA-004-2021/1 (the“Application”) dated 22 June 2022 filed by Clyde & Co LLP, seeking an Order declaring that Clyde & Co LLP has ceased to act as the legal representative for (1) Amira C Foods International DMCC; (2) AK Global Business FZE; and (3) Karan A Chanana (together, the“Amira Parties”) in respect of the ongoing legal proceedings under the abovementioned case numbers
AND UPON reviewing the Witness Statement of Nicola Jackson of Clyde & Co LLP dated 21 June 2022 filed in support of the Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THAT:
1. Clyde & Co LLP has ceased to be the legal representative of the Amira Parties in the proceedings.
2. By 3pm onWednesday, 29 June 2022,Clyde & Co LLP shall provide to the Registry, copying in all other parties to these proceedings, , contact details belonging to the Amira Parties.
