CONSENT ORDER
UPON reading the correspondence from the parties' representatives
AND UPON the parties having agreed terms of settlement dated 7 October 2022 (“the Settlement Agreement”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The name of the Defendant is amended to BARCELONA SPORTS ELITE S.L.- BSE
2. All further proceedings in this action (CFI-014-2022 and CA-010-2022) be stayed upon the terms set out in the Settlement Agreement annexed as a Schedule to this Order.
3. Each party shall have permission to apply to the Court to enforce those terms without the need to bring a new claim.
4. There shall be no order as to costs and each party shall bear its own costs.
